“The World Of...” series would make a great collection by itself.
I have two titles in the series. The
World Of David Bowie and
now this, The World Of
Billy Fury. It does
have the classic and moody “Nobody's Child” on it, which for me
is the ultimate Billy Fury recording. Not an easy album to find on
vinyl – in fact Fury albums in general are not that easy to locate.
Nevertheless this is a solid collection of his hits and a great
introduction to the world of the underrated Billy.
